Innovations Salon and Spa strives to provide the highest quality, professional services to nurture our clients’ bodies, minds and spirits. To achieve our goal, we ask your for your cooperation with the policies and guidelines in the pull-down menu located above.

Appointments

We recommend making appointments in advance to allow the time necessary for your service. Appointments can be made during business hours and are confirmed by phone 24-48 hours prior. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so we can ensure you will receive your full service. All spa packages must be reserved with a major credit card.

Cancellation Policy
Because our technicians reserve their time for your appointment, we ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice to help keep scheduling in order. If less than 24 hour notice is given, a fee of 50% of the total services scheduled is required. A “No Show” will be charged full value.

All packages require a 48 hour notice.

Children
Our goal is to ensure all clients enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the salon. Please make other arrangements for small children, unless they are receiving a service.

Consultations
We are happy to offer complimentary consultations for all services provided at Innovations Salon and Spa. A 15 minute appointment is required.

Corporate Gifts
Innovations Salon and Spa will meet your needs for employee recognitions, incentives, health and well being, as well as gifts for your own clients and customers.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available for dollar amounts and may be purchased at the front desk or by phone. They are not redeemable for cash but may be used toward product or services.  Gift Cards never expire and are non-replaceable if lost.

Gift certificates for specific services are no longer offered. Existing gift certificates have an expiration date and are non-replaceable if lost.

Payment
We accept cash, check (with proper ID), debit cards and credit cards (Visa and Master Card). All returned checks will be charged a $25 service fee.

Price Structure
All staff members are professionally trained and provide a high level of quality. Additional experience and advanced education is reflected in higher priced services.

What We Need to Know
Please advise our staff of any allergies, sensitivities or medication that may interfere with any of our services. If you have any questions concerning your service, please contact us.

What to Wear
Robes and towels are provided for spa services. You may bring a bathing suit for body treatments if you wish. For pedicure treatments, please wear pants that are loose fitting below the knee. Please wear a button down shirt for formal event services. Please no hooded sweatshirts for hair services.
